Your forecast should not be a group opinion.

Cadence reads your CRM, mail and calendar every 15 minutes and rescores every open deal on 60 signals. Median forecast error across our customers: 3.8%.

20 minutes, screen shared. We score 50 of your open deals live and you keep the export.

The state of the forecast

The number is wrong before anyone opens the spreadsheet.

Nothing here is a tooling problem. It is a measurement problem: sales teams forecast with the three data points a rep is willing to type in on a Friday afternoon.

01

Reps grade their own homework

Commit, Best Case, Upside. Three words doing the job of a probability model, filled in by the person with the strongest incentive to be optimistic.

41% of deals marked Commit in week one of a quarter slip or die before it closes.

02

The CRM is a lagging indicator

A stage change is recorded after a deal moves, not when. By the time a card gets dragged into Negotiation, the buying committee has usually already picked.

Median lag between a real decision and the matching CRM update: 9 days.

03

Nobody reads 900 threads

The moment a deal goes cold is sitting in an email your rep stopped replying to. It sits there timestamped, and no manager has the hours to go find it.

A 12-rep team generates ~4,700 customer emails a month. Managers read about 40 of them.

How it works

Setup is four steps

One OAuth screen per source. After that the only thing your team does is read the alerts.

  1. Step 01

Connect the systems you already pay for

Read-only OAuth into your CRM, mail and calendar. Nothing gets installed on anyone’s machine. First scores land in about 40 minutes.

  2. Step 02

Every open deal gets a close score

Sixty signals: reply latency, how many people are on the thread, stage velocity against your own historical median, discount depth, champion activity. One number from 0 to 100, and the three reasons it moved.

  3. Step 03

Risk fires the day it appears

When a score drops more than 15 points in a week, Cadence alerts the rep and the manager the same afternoon, not in a weekly digest.

  4. Step 04

Roll it up into a number you can defend

Scores aggregate into a forecast with a confidence band. You walk into the board meeting with a range and the evidence behind it instead of a spreadsheet and an argument.

Product

What Cadence does today

Cadence is not a CRM and will never ask you to replace one. It sits on top of the systems you have and returns judgment your team can act on the same day.

Forecast accuracy

We publish our own error rate every quarter

Cadence locks a forecast on the first Monday of the quarter and never touches it. At close we show both lines side by side, so the model is judged on the same terms your reps are.

Deal scoring

You can audit any score

Open any deal and the score is broken down into the factors that moved it and by how much.

Silence detection

Flags a deal when the replies stop

Reply latency is the single strongest predictor of a slipped close date. Cadence watches it per thread, per contact.

Pipeline hygiene

The cleanup list is generated weekly

Close dates that already passed, deals with a single contact, stages that skipped a step, amounts that have not moved in seven weeks. Sorted by how much they distort the forecast.

Rollups

Slice it the way your board asks for it

Rep, region, segment, product line, partner-sourced. Every view is a permalink and exports to CSV. Warehouse push runs on whatever schedule you set.

Integrations

Every connector we ship right now

Eleven native connectors, read-only by default, plus a REST API and a warehouse sync for everything else. Each connector takes one OAuth screen to add.

Customer story

“We were calling the quarter within eleven points and calling it late. The first thing Cadence did was tell me that four deals my best rep had in Commit hadn’t had a reply in three weeks. We had that conversation in week three instead of the post-mortem.

“Two quarters later we closed within two percent of the locked forecast, and I stopped rebuilding my own spreadsheet on the side entirely. My reps get the alert before I do, which is the part I did not expect to like.”

Questions

The six we get on every first call.

If yours is not here, ask it on the walkthrough. We answer with your data on screen, not a slide.

How long until we see our first scores?

About 40 minutes for a typical workspace. Cadence backfills 18 months of closed-won and closed-lost first, because the model is calibrated on your history rather than on a generic benchmark. Teams with more than 100,000 historical deals take a few hours.

Does it write anything back to our CRM?

Not unless you switch it on. The default connector scope is read-only. If you want the close score written to a custom field so it shows up in your existing reports, an admin enables it per object and we only ever touch the fields you name.

What exactly do you read from our email?

Metadata on threads that are already linked to an opportunity: participants, direction, timestamps, whether a reply happened and how long it took. Message bodies are processed in memory to detect intent and are never stored. Internal-only threads are excluded entirely.

Our reps already hate the CRM. Is this another tool for them?

Cadence asks reps for nothing. They get an alert when one of their own deals moves, and that is the only interaction most of them ever have with it. Median rep time in the product: four minutes a week.

How is this different from the forecasting module we already pay for?

Most CRM forecasting multiplies deal value by a fixed stage weight, so it can only be as good as the stage. Cadence ignores the stage and models behavior — who is replying, how fast, how many people, against what your own won deals looked like at the same point.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Export the full workspace as CSV or Parquet at any time, including every historical score and the factors behind it. On cancellation we hard-delete everything within 30 days and send written confirmation. There is no exit fee and no data hostage clause in the contract.

We connect a sandbox copy of your CRM on the call, score 50 open deals live, and you keep the export whether or not you buy anything.

We don’t ask for a card. Slots are 20 minutes and we send the recording after.

This is a demo: the form works, but Cadence doesn’t exist.
